Bread is the best thing for gaining weight.
Don't excerise and consume food that are high in sugar, fat.

Fish and Chips is 93/4grams per serve.
Eat lotsa chocolate!
Eat bread, drink coke, go to MacDonalds and eat lotsa greasy food....and smoke weed so you're always munching on something.

breakfast:
2 pancakes with extra syrup and jam and butter.
2 deeply fried eggs with beacon
1 muffin and extra hot chocolate.
snack:
3 table spoons of peanut butter spreaded on 1 bar of sneackers or mars with a scoop of xtra creamy vanilla ice cream
1 bag of chips
Lunch:
onion rings, fries with mayonnaise and kitchup.
1 coleslow..extra mayo
1 lasagnia or any italian dish with lots of fatty cheese and meat in it.
2 brownies
Snack:
2 bars of chocolate
1 apple pie
fried wings
Dinner:
pizza with pepperoni and extra meat with 3 cheese
one kids meal
Snack:
cookies and full fat milk
3 slices of cheese.. cheddar or anything.
