Cutting others hair

I've recently found out you can run up, and cut a chunk out of someones hair, and you cant be fined or get in trouble for this. Its completely legal, but stupid. So I've been wanting to do this for a long time. Im thinking about going downtown and when I see a woman, just take some scissors and cut some hair off.

Is this normal?

now how is this completely legal? I mean most people i'm sure dont want random strangers comming up to them and gauge a chunk out of their hair. It has got to be illegal. Well i guess it may depend on which country you're from, but i dont see any other country allowing this stupid kinda thing.

That is horrid.
I'm very attached to my hair and if someone did that to me I would be very upset.
& I'm sure it is not legal, that's someone's body, You'd have to pay for it.

Breezy's right, it's part of their body, I think we could call it assault with a deadly weapon (scissors) and that the person who you are attacking is fully within their rights to defend themselves by beating the living shit out of you.

Yeeeaah. I've always wanted to cut off girls' long hair so I can see them humiliated in school. You should make sure she doesn't notice who the cutter is. For example you can do it at a party when she is passed out drunk, or sometime when she is sleeping. Just remember that she needs to me in an unconcious state because the hairs have many nerve endings and so she can easily feel when you touch her hair. Good Luck dude!

You know that would take away a woman's confidence and lower her self-esteem right? Ever seen one of those make-over shows where a woman with really long hair gets it cut? They cry like children. They feel like they're less of a woman. Many women pride themselves with having long hair. My cousin did it and she gained like 70lbs LOL! I'd stab you in your inner thigh if you did that to me.
