It's normal 2 me. We all at a certain age get curious about or bodies. It's good she's learning about sex. someone more mature and wise needs 2 talk 2 her about not becoming a young parent, STD's, and practicing safe sex. 10 to me is very young 2 be having sex, so your sister shouldn't be having sex this young. Masturbation is healthy and it's a way 2 learn her body and what feels good 2 her and what doesnt. Every woman masturbates whether they admit it or not. I'm almost 20 and I still do it sometimes. So there's nothing wrong with your sister she's just curious about something that's natural.

No don't tell a grade 5er about sex tell her things when she's at least in grade 8,she prberly won't be having sex before then.

Referring to what callmegod said, that's not completely true. In a neighborhood near where I live there was a girl who got pregnant at 9 and another at age 11, and another at 12. I believe that if these girls were taught about sex before hand, they would not have acted so irresponsibly and wouldn't be preggors today. Be glad that your sister knows about masturbation and sex, but be sure she knows the FACTS not just what people are telling her or what she happens to hear every now and then. And most of all, protect her but don't be overprotective. In other words, keep a good mental tab on her whole 'Sex IQ' thing, and don't be afraid to ask questions as she grows up.
To ask her questions however, you have to build a close bond with her. You can't just ignore her half the time and then randomly decided that you need to ask her if her and her little boyfriend have kissed yet. If you got THAT route, she'll fight you and probably rebel.
