The Old Woman

Woma is a Woman without the 'n', called a slip of the digit.

I don't think it is right for a single parent with so many children to be living is such poor conditions. I think the government has failed her by not providing her with proper accommodation; I can only hope she is receiving enough benefits to help support a large amount of children. If she indeed does not know what to do I think it is only right that social services should try and lend a hand to ensure her children are well looked after and educated properly.

She also feeds them simply "broth... without any bread, whips them all soundly and sends them to bed".

I still dont think its normal.

She may claim that her whippings happen soundly but in my opinion the child abuse is being demonstrated quite well here. The teachers are not buying the children's excuses that they "walked into a door". I'm beginning to believe social services should take a court action against the old woman and have her children taken away from her. She is clearly neglecting them and is not making a huge effort to care for them.

Strange you should say that Strangelad because only the other day I heard the social services admitting they suspected her kids where suffering malnutrition and also suspected beatings but came to the conclusion that they must be wrong because surely an 'old woman' could not be so cruel.

The thing that worries me is that they live in a shoe, surely when it rains the water comes pouring in from the top of the shoe.

Also the kids are at risk from tripping over the shoe laces when leaving the shoe ?

Where are the deadbeat fathers of all these children. They should be paying child support. The old woman may very well be a slut, but those children shouldn't be living in a shoe and drinking broth.

Update:

According to a reliable source, it transpires that the 'old woman' has traced the father, the 'old man who lived in a wellington boot', she has demanded that he pays child support but Old Man has declined.

Old Woman has therefore referred his details to the courts, in retaliation, the Old Man has filed for custody, citing the main reason as his wellington boot is much larger than her shoe and the children will have a more comfortable lifestyle.

Watch this space.
