Accutane (isotretinoin) will clear up very severe cases of acne. You can only get it from doctors certified to dispense it, however. It is a hardcore drug which can cause birth defects, hair loss, and suicide. I have taken accutane in the past, and its effects may be non-permanent.

One remedy I can suggest is getting some sort of cream, and then recrystallizing aspirin. You do this ismply by crushing up aspirin tablets, heating them up on a stove in water, and then filtering out the stuff the binders. Then, boil down teh supernatant until it is extremely concentrated and put it in an ice bath to crystallize. Collect the crystals on an improvised buchner funnel (I just use a wet/dry vac attached to a regular funnel with filter paper inside). This will form pure aspirin crystals, something you cannot buy easily.

Then, mix the aspirin crystals with your cream, or honey, and apply it to the face daily. The antipyretic qualities of aspirin will help heal your acne and make existing acne less obvious.

If you're a girl you can take birth control, it can help clear your skin. And you shouldn't use soap to wash your face because it dries out your skin and irritates it. Try Aveeno Oatmeal bar, it looks like soap but doesn't dry out your skin. And try a toner afterwards. If that doesn't work then go to a dermatologist.
