Is It Normal?
What do you think?
I HATE THEM!
hey
i'm a 14 year old girl
yeah, i admit i did bend the rules a bit.. like sneaking out of school, going out secretly and all that but i've gotten better.
so, i got invited to the biggest party of the year. i was estatic. then, i asked my mom if i could go. she was like, yeah sure. then, on the day, i got dressed and waited for her to send me. she refused, and sat down.
so i waited, but she said no.
so i got pissed and walked out to the house.
halfway there, my mom pulled up in full effect, tires screeching, horn on at full force. she picked me up, called my dad up. when we got home, he yelled at me for hours.
my mom was smirking and leaned against the dresser. on top of that, my best friend left the next day. the party was for her. she left hating me. i couldn't even call her, i was RESTRICTED. i've been taking large doses of aerosol.. i'll be dead soon, mom. don't worry.

yeah right, cabinet70. theres something known as deleting history.. look it up.
You're killing yourself because you didn't get to go to a party? Normally I would encourage people against suicide but if you are doing it for such a stupid reason then you are just an attention seeking moron who the world could do without. You are probably one of the loser suicide people who keep their doors unlocked and phones all their family and friends threatening to "do something stupid" before taking 5 aspirins and pretending to be unconscious.
You don't have to like the rules, just obey them. There are countless rules/laws in society, many of which I hate, but I abide by them. To do otherwise just leads to trouble in the long run. If you want to rebel, go ahead and make life tough for yourself.

Try obeying your parents and then they will not take away privileges. It is pretty simple. Going to a party is a privilege and they should have not waited to the day of the part to stop you, but not all parents are perfect.

As to your friend, give her a phone call and tell her your parents prevented you from attending. You are shifting blame to your parents when in fact you are to blame.

Be smart and make life easier on yourself by not rebelling. If your friends encourage you to do so, find new friends.
Yeah thats it teach your mum a lesson.
But you have to admit that was mean her not letting you have a fairwell party for your friend.
