Im 13 and I havnt started my period yet. All my friends that are 12 or 13 have started. I feel really embarassed about it because I am the odd one out. Is this normal or have I go something wrong with me? plz help! :S
The range for girls is ages 10-15 so there is nothing to worry about, it is natural. For boys the growth spurt is ages 12-18, and many boys feel odd in their early teens when they see piers growing while they are delayed. In a short time, it will all pass and everyone will be on an even level. So, NORMAL!
Same. I haven't started... almost all of my friends have. I don't REALLY want them (period pains, inconvenient situations!!! etc.) but I suppose I want to prove my "womanhood" so to speak! xD
Just stick something rough in there really deep and forcefully, then you'll start to bleed and be like, "oh this MUST be my first period." To get it monthly just do that with a harder/rougher/sharper object each time.
In response to itsVeryNormal, there is something wrong with your mind! I didn't think there was freaks like you. This is a young girl being inquizative about her body. To answer your question, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. Do you have a Moma to answer any of your questions? If you do you should ask her questions and stay away from these message boards because you will end up getting messages like the on freak boy gave you! Hopefully your mother is very open about these topics, but if not I guess you may need to ask these questionson the net. But I would suggest going to a preteen website where you can have a question/answer session that has doctors answering your questions. Goodluck.
You should try talking to your mum!
Its very normal but still your mum would probably be more than happy 2 talk 2 you about them! thats what they are there for!!
Miss Mang...you are right to an extent..but this young one just might be one of the unlucky ones hat if she decided to have sex that the guy would get her PG the first time they did it!
