Lump

I have a large lump in the middle of my chest, right at the bottom of my rib cage. For medical students I think it might be the Xiphoid Process but it is softer like muscle. It protrudes and some times seems to swell.
Do you think it's normal?

I have it too and people have noticed it. I know a few other people that have it. It's weird but I doubt it's anything serious. Get it checked anyway :)
