When I was in high school I started off making good grades my Junior and Senior year my grades slipped bad. I held a "C" average enough too graduate. My Senior year I found out my father was addicted too crack cocaine I took it pretty hard. He put our family through so much stress especially this summer. He's lost so many jobs. After a few months later my grandmother became ill so I had too take over as woman of the house so my own life has been put on hold.
Now I would like too have the life of a regular college student, but I'm 20 and my GPA is bad. Plus my family can't afford college. I really don't feel like I'm college material sometimes but I want that life and I want an education and a good job, a better life. My dream was too attend Georgia State. I'm I too late for my college "dreams". If not what should I do? I'm so lost and confused.
I suggest you attend classes at your local community school.
Apply for Federal Financial Aid, here . . .

If you do well, you can probably transfer into a better college after that.
Good luck to you! You can do it, it is NOT too late.
