I agree with you super star but in this particular case the guy was screwed and the only thing he did wrong was that he was too bloody soft.

The mother in question on my post, although she doesnt neglect the kids she has robbed the kids of their time with the father and robbed the father of his time too, along with his dignity.

I am not opinionated in a manner that I think women are to blame in all splits at all, in fact I am quite the opposite, in most cases its the father that is the idiot who neglects his kids or family etc.

My only gripe is that when the father is in the wrong, the courts quite rightly punish him and make him pay his due obligations but in the rare case of a woman being at fault the courts tend to overlook the matters at hand favour the woman.

Like you, irresponsible mothers and fathers piss me off, they choose to bring kids into this world and in making that decision, they should live up to their responsibilities.
