near the head of his penis there were little tiny lumps and ive given him head before and i didnt notice it till after i started...could it be an std or something?

Listen to dukepost. Sometimes if the bumps are white they can be simply sweat glands on the penis. However, I would still ask him if he knows what they are, and if not to go to his doctor about it for confirmation.

You really don't give us a good idea what these bumps look like but it does sound as if it is warts! And could be Herpes! But there is alaso the possibilty that they are nothing use condoms until you TWO get checked out!
