You are very normal. Don't get caught up in the belief that you have too start dating at 16. Your time just hasn't come yet, it's really suppose too happen naturally not when you want it too. Don't get caught up in trying too keep up with peer's either. You have plenty of time too date, a lot of people don't start dating until their late teens or 20's. All I can say is be patient, don't force it or you might regret it. Don't worry the right person will come sooner than you think.

When you become the singer in a punk band(just start one of your own if there's none to join) Your old freinds will laugh at you but now you can spit on them and laugh even louder. It really boils down to just talking to people. If you can chat with someone a few times, and they show some interest in what you have to say, then there is a good chance they will be open to spending time with you on the weekends or during the evening. If people show no interest in chatting or come across as cold, simply do not approach them again. A smile goes a long way and there is nothing wrong with girls taking the lead and asking guys out. Run down the phone numbers of some guys you know and like and call them. Don't concern yourself with kissing, that comes easily once you date someone, often the first time out.
