my obsession and need of control

well, last year i entered in the world of internet pornography, i just browsed in the net when nobody was home, then i get sick of porno, then it came to me again, in that time i didn´t care to much if my parents were home or not, i stoped, passe a couple of months i sarted i again, but i cant control myself sometime, i realy would want to leave it but i can, when i promise myself that i would never see a site like that again, i get the urge for seeking more out.
I just want sme advice to cotrol myself.
