I want to loose weight
I'm 14 and I want to loose weight. I've lost a stone from the beginning of year 9 and want to loose more. It's not because I'm particulary heavy it's because I want a flat tummy and I care alot about what people think. My mates say that I'm not fat, but I'm not sure whether they are just saying that cause they're my mates. My best mate is naturally slim, so this could be why I want to loose weight. Has anyone got any tips on loosing weight please?

Go to the gym every day, get a eating plan done up by a professional.

I hope you're a girl. When I was in High school, I was heavier because I was still going through puberty. I was 125 lbs, my heaviest. I use to try to diet in HS, it would work for a little while but I'd always end up back where I started. After High school, I kept losing weight, not on purpose. It's been 7 years and I now weigh 110 lbs. Your body will naturally adjust to the weight you're supposed to be. Your body is still changing. Don't try to fight it.
DONT GYM everyday

you will hurt yoru muscles and get a manly physique.

Consume 6 small meals. lessen yoru sugar and fat intake. make sure your beverages are just skim milk or water.

lost of mean and fruit and veggies and lots of grains. make sure you get yoru daily intake of dietry fiber :) (Makes you shit out the crap in yoru body)

When i said gym every day i ment 5 days a week.
I'm a fifteen year old girl and weigh 112 lbs - or something like that. In the summer I played tennis almost every day and put on half a stone, so exercise( muscle )can make you put on weight as well, not just fat.
Also, nobody gives a crap what you weigh, unless it's like serious obesity.

Moi? I was merely stating that I put on weight due to exercise, which may confuse people when they think they are getting "fatter" when they are really only gaining muscle.

fucking hell dont go guy every day im 14 and go to the guy 3 or 4 times a week and dat hurts after a long time just eat gd and go play out side for an hour or 2 its as easy as dat m8 and im trying to lose wait is well
y do u care so muchabout what people think, do it for yourself, be active, eat more nutitious food, go tanning, it makes u look thinner so if you give up like me cause you dont see results almost immediatly which u shouldnt but want to it helps. remember do it for yourself! good luck!
if your not overweight then you shouldnt worry. ur still growing and ur bodys going through changes. if u are overweight then try to get in a cardiovascular workout everyday. try walking or jogging thirty minutes to an hour a day normally then on some days(say 2 to 3 times a week) get in some work outs to build muscle. on those days you dont have to do as much cardio exercises.

Doing the cardio exercises will help you burn calories and raise and mantain ur metabolism and the muscular exercises will help you keep losing calories even while your resting.

as for dieting, you should ask someone else on that because im not the best when it comes to that

and instead of walking or jogging u can do other stuff that gets ur heart pumping like swimming or sports

Be vegeterian, train, but first ask your friend if she thinks that, and one thing, a girls stommeck can't be flat, it is made to bare a kid and if you are not satesfied with yourself, try to be with some guys, they have some funny methods to show you that your probebly very cute! :)
