I want to loose weight
I'm 14 and I want to loose weight. I've lost a stone from the beginning of year 9 and want to loose more. It's not because I'm particulary heavy it's because I want a flat tummy and I care alot about what people think. My mates say that I'm not fat, but I'm not sure whether they are just saying that cause they're my mates. My best mate is naturally slim, so this could be why I want to loose weight. Has anyone got any tips on loosing weight please?
you will hurt yoru muscles and get a manly physique.
Consume 6 small meals. lessen yoru sugar and fat intake. make sure your beverages are just skim milk or water.
lost of mean and fruit and veggies and lots of grains. make sure you get yoru daily intake of dietry fiber :) (Makes you shit out the crap in yoru body)

Doing the cardio exercises will help you burn calories and raise and mantain ur metabolism and the muscular exercises will help you keep losing calories even while your resting.
as for dieting, you should ask someone else on that because im not the best when it comes to that
