It should be a choice because sometimes its rape or whatever, and you cant just say "oh well only if someone is raped they can have an abortion" because then every girl would be saying "i was raped!!"

I fully support child support, and my position remains unmoved. It's an issue of responsibility. If you can't handle a child, you need to either use birth control or put the thing up for adoption. The whole issue of abortion is one of the main topics of debate in the U.S., and I think it is a shame. Personally, I don't give a fuck either way, and abortion has gotten me out of a very sticky situation before, although it did ruin a good relationship, but different people have different opinions, and I think that all of them should be respected, because they are all based on valid arguments.
As far as the original post goes, I think that it is a very marketable saying for pro-choicer's.

i think is better, there is sufficient nethods for prevention of pregnacy, but think we are failing on the right eduction of youngs and people that take the risk of have sex with out any care for not bring an unwished child moore, to this world.-

Well, it's not like the baby has the ability to choose now. Probably something to be discussed by both parents, I guess.

The baby does not have the ability, but because somebody can not make decisions does no mean you take away its right to life.

I doubt a fetus really cares whether it lives or not. I don't remember caring at that stage. I don't remember anything at that stage.

If one has the kid by unprotected sex out of stupdity or lack of concern on their part, then they should take full responsbility and probably not opt for abortion, but on the other side of the coin, if they decide to give the baby up for adoption, I've heard it's Hell to live that life, provided you get molested, raped or pimped or possibly used as a slave/servant.

So, to save the unwanted child a life of grief and despair, I dunno, get an abortion. The fetus doesn't know it's alive or dead or that it exists. By the time the baby is almost ready to come out of the womb, that's when I think the child is conciously aware, but we don't remember it.

I'm a christian, but I know there are non-believers in this world who don't accept the Lord, and that's fine, then they should be allowed to make their own choices, and let God condemn them later, it isn't my decision. It's Gods, and I never saw an articule on the bible saying Abortion was a Sin.

I see two flaws in your reasoning.

First, I AGREE with everything you've said - in theory. But...

If you have unprotected sex and get pregnant, it is Not just Your body we are talking about, it is your Baby as well. Maybe it's the Catholic in me coming out but I just can't say much good for abortion (except in some extreme cases, and I'm not even sure then.) where there are other options (Adoption for example)

The other problem I had (my brother pointed this out to me) is that if you have sex and get pregnant, there is not only the baby but the Father's rights to consider.

I know A LOT of guys run for the border when they hear their girl is preg, and there are plenty who are "dead beat" dads who do nothing for their kids. To them, I say Fuck You - you have no rights to any choices. To the guy who ARE there for you though, who hold you, and Want to be part of their children's lives (or the adoption process if that is what you decide on) it is really unfair and cruel to cut them out of the loop entirely.
