is my vagina abnormal?

my has a large bit of puffy skin attached to one side of what i think is my labia im not sure an i much smaller but of skin at the other side. i am really embarrassed to have sex and i dont know what to do. Surgery is the answer but i dont have any money at the moment. Any sugestions on what is wrong with me and what i should do?
