How do I stop eating?
I am 21, just had a baby, hes 7 months old, before i was pregnant i was 7 and a half stone and now i am 8 stone 4lb. I have a horrible stomach now and I have cut down a lot on my food over the past few days. I do not want to eat anything anymore, i get hungry and want to force myself not to eat.I wish I could not eat anything and carry on as normal. I need a way to lower my appetite so i dont feel hungry, i need to lose more weight, i feel fat and need some suggestions on how to not eat a lot? this may sound weird i know? i exercise every day and need more help in the weight losing sense.

Just don't drink anything with calories in it, stick to water. You would be surprised at how much calories you take in each day from liquids. If this does not help to lose weight, just eat lettuce or rice cakes when you get hungry.
Becoming anorexic isn't good, sure it'll help you to lose weight, but the fat will break down too fast and can actually cause fat to go into your blood stream in clumps which can lead to heart problems.

Try eating things that are high in fiber, but low in calories, like apples, celery(whcih is actually negative calories), lettuce, ect. That'll keep you feeling fuller longer.
Raw broccoli heads are also negative calories.
having a baby does things to your body..and depending on how much weight you have gained, it could take at least..at least if not more than a year to lose all the weight that you have gained.

not eating is not the way to go, you need the energy to keep up with the child. just eat a normal healthy amount of fruits veggies and some meat a little bread..not much drink lots and i mean lots of water
if you had breast fed, that would have helped in losing weight as well. i don't know if you did..but it contracts the uterus which builds the muscle and loses the fat..if you hadn't its too late now
how not to eat?

uhh, just don't eat. take diet pills, i dunno.

i dont eat hardly anything as it is, ill have cereal or toast at breakfast ish then nothing till tea, then ill have something like lasagne or spaggetti on toast or something, which I am finding is working I have lost 3lbs in about 3 days so I think im gonna stik to this i think as it seems to be working thanks anyway for your comment
I can go 3 or 4 days until i need dinner or some snack.

Then i keep trotting along, i may buy snacks here and there.
you will lose shit loads of weight ifyou became vegetarian or vegan
well i dunno my mom had 5 kids and always lost the weight until she had me she never lost weight again, but my weight changes every day some days ill wake up 3 pounds lighter and vise versa
If a stomach band is out (worked wonders for friends) dont put junk in your house, walk, and eat quite a bit veggies... if you are really large... pale colored veggies. (dont have as many calories)
Keep busy. If you keep insanely busy then you'll forget about hunger and therefore, forget to eat. Just make sure you do eat something, preferably at the beginning of your day.
