I have had three guns pulled on me, one from about 10 feet, one to my face, and one where a puerto rican dude made me lay on my fce on the road spread eagle with the gun to the back of my head. I got through them by convincing myself that there was no way I was going to die, and by acquiescing to the gunmen's every wish after they had the gun out. Guns turn me into an insta-bitch.
But I do not let myself get into those positions anymore, lol.
I have almost died several other times, but those are the most dramatic, because I was conciously thinking the whole time that they were happening.

Well, I am from N.Y. and used to be fucked up on and with drugs and drug schemes of a lot of types, but I rose above where I live and am very much a success now. I did it, so I hate other's excuses.

Ok when i was 18 i was out tree planting with 3 friends on an old cattle station.We were camping there staying in an old wooden shed for about 3 weeks, any way it was snake breeding season here in Australia lots of king browns & tigar snakes, don't they get cranky.
any way all my friends went to town 30 km away, 1 hr to the nearest house.I was looking for fire wood so we could cook our tea once the boys got back from town, any way i was walking in grass up to the middle of my calf muscle,i felt a really hard wack on the back of my leg,i put my hand down to feel the back of my leg and all this white liquidy stuff was dripping from my hand,i had been bitten by a snake well at least i thought i had, i thought i was going to DIE, i was in the middle of nowhere 30km to the next town 1 hr to the next house and i was all alone.I got really tired and my arm started tingling then i couldn't keep my eyes open then i went to sleep, i woke up mith a major head acke 40 mins latter when my friends came back from town. I did check my legs for bite marks but i couldn't see any because i had so many cuts and scratches.
It must have been a snake cause what else would it have been? I didn't see it, i felt it hit my leg and i saw and felt the venom and i got tired, my arm went all tingaly. if it was a snake i would have died, maybe the snake was giveing me a warning shot?
that was a near death experience because i honestly thought i was going to DIE i didn't think i would see tommorrow.

Ok I once supported a posting that said Global Warming is not real and before I knew it all these nerds that read stuff off of AL-Gores websites and stuff attacked me with their useless facts and me being someone who doesnt have all the facts but does pick up alot of info here and there was like totally out numbered by these maniacs I was lucky I stoped arguing with them because I was scared they were going to ride up in their solar powered cars and blue and red donkeys and hang me.

Most of my near death experiences involve bicycles. When I was 6 I had one of those bikes that would only break if you pedaled backwards, I road down a hill and lost control and ran into a white van that was parked at the bottom of the hill. I was too hurt to cry. Shortly after that I was crossing the street and a van hit me and ran over my feet, I was knocked unconscious. I didn't remember anything; it was probably the same van I ran my bike into. Then at 12 I road a bike with no breaks down a hill and ran into someone's mailbox. It tore a hole in the knees of my jeans and made me look really cool.

Well, I was seeing my friend's band one Saturday night. When they finished their set, I talked with him outside in the front of the venue. We were sitting on the curb. This guy steps on his hand and my friend says "What the fuck is your problem?" The guy pulls out a knife and mugs him. And the knife was pointed to me and he held me and put the knife up to my face.
