Social Anxiety Disorder
I have always suffered from social anxiety disorder all my life. It is an extreme anxiety and discomfort in social situations where sufferers feel embarrassed and looked down upon. This has had huge effects on my life with work and making friends and leaves me feeling lonely and isolated. Many people dont know that much about this condition and many others suffer in silence. Do any of you suffer from this and haven't done anything about it?

He posts videos about his social anxiety disorder, have a ball.
yes and it sucks.... but meds suck too.... so its kind of a lose lose situation. If you can breathe, and realize people wont hurt you ,you will feel better.
Also...although I dont encourage it... certain street drugs help... the best thing i can tell you is to relax, breathe, realize you are ok, safe, and no one will hurt you... and maybe some clonidine but as a PRN not a script.
Agreed. You're better off being anti-social in this society.
