Are you saying one of the lips is bigger then the other? Or an infection? I dont have a vagina so I dont know what to tell you about infections or tight pants but I do know some girls will have one lip much bigger then the other its not common but not to uncommon but its normal.

This is quite a simple, easy approach. You tell your parents you have a growth in my private area and you need to see a doctor/gynecologist.

By all means, you never, ever have to show any private area to your parent, just tell them you want to see a doctor to have it checked out. Parents for the most part are not dumb or naive, they will likely respect your privacy and back off after asking maybe a question or two. A gynecologist has seen just about everything, so no shame in approaching one. Get it checked, sounds like nothing to me but I'm not a doctor!

Just to add, do not elaborate with anyone as to what it is other than a doctor. Say you are not sure when asked specifically what it is, just say you "think some type of skin growth" but say you want to see a gynecologist because it is in a private area. Simple enough.

If your talking about your Labia Minora (inner lips) it's perfectly normal for one to be longer than the other (even by a few centimeters). Look at an educational picture of a vagina on google and you'll know what I'm (as well as yourself) talking about.
