I guess that makes sense to some extent...Some people have really pretty looking legs, or hands. Or some people have nice butts. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and if you don't find them attractive, then I guess that's your opinion.

Since you don't see them often, and it's not exactly legal to make a big public show out of them, they haven't become 'glamor objects'. If men were allowed (or forced) to show are penises in public and advertising could be penis centered, there would be specimens that might catch the public eye.

You might say ... his penis was like Tom Cruise's or Brad Pitt's. Of course there'd be ugly ones as well, but there are already plenty of ugly people anyway, so nothing would be different. As it is, it's usually only general body shape, muscular structure / sculpture, face / hair and butt that are seen as the attraction areas in men.

You can add the ears, elbow, thumb, knee cap, adam's apple and a host of other odd looking parts to the 'potentially ugly' parts of men.

But only the penis has the added benefits of an odd smell (depending on the time since the last shower), a dense forest of oddly twisty hair and a set of storage cannisters below.

I think that it totally depends on the person. I have seen some real ugly ones, and also some real nice ones as well. It usually related to the guys overall physical appearance. Like if a guy is a bit fat and on the hairy side, their thingys have not been so nice looking. But if he's lean, in good shape physically, not real hairy (and good looking!), then they have been more attractive down there. They can be quite a beautiful sight though!

When I first saw one (not in person) I thought it was the ugliest goddamned thing I have ever seen. I was young and it kind of freaked me out. I think through experience you will start to appreciate them. Also, when you are with someone you truly care about, their naughty parts become more attractive, personal and familiar...not just hairy, foreign organs.
