you're not transexual, that word is no longer used. you're transgendered, as gender is mental and sex is the physical plumbing so to speak. you should go onto HRT (Hormone replacement therapy) immediately. hormones can add things but they cant take things away. if you go on hormones now you can do it before puberty, so that you can have a much better transition vs. after puberty where its much harder to become a believable women. im in gsa and i have trans and genderqueer friends.
