OK, nice summer day, decided to take my bike out and go for a spin. What could go wrong?
I'll tell you what went wrong.
Some damn wasps made a nest under my bike seat, unbeknownst to me. All of a sudden, a couple minutes down the road, I was engulfed in a shitstorm of wasps, and got stung.
Not to mention my bike seat had become quite brittle and hard as a rock, so my ass is extra sore.
Now I'm afraid of bikes. And wasps. I fear there's wasps lurking underneath anything and everything.
Is this even real?? This is like some kind of nightmare that I can't wake up from.
IIN?

My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-air
In west Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground where I spent most of my days
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool
And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys, they were up to no good
Started making trouble in my neighbourhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
And said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-air"
I whistled for a cab and when it came near the
License plate said "fresh" and had a dice in the mirror
If anything I could say that this cab was rare
But I thought nah, forget it, yo homes to Bel-air!
I pulled up to a house about seven or eight
And I yelled to the cabby "Yo, homes smell you later!"
Looked at my kingdom I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-air
Coz "Shoulda woulda coulda", can't change your mind
And I wonder, wonder, wonder what I'm gonna do
"Shoulda woulda coulda" are the last words of a fool
=)
Quite probably my favourite Beatles song. And we're not doing the "choose three" thing with this because I honestly couldn't. If it was "choose ten", I'd still struggle. :P
The question is WHYYYYYYYYY???
It's normal to be gun shy with an experience like that. I once got into a car accident and it took me months to be comfortable with driving again, I was dead scared of driving in traffic. I've gotten stung by wasps while on a swing set and now I check the chains before I put my hands on them. Our experiences tend to do these things to us. Just give it time, start slowly, check the bike seat continuously and you'll be ok.
