This is why I ALWAYS recommend waiting until you're mature enough. Sometimes starting out too young - in age or in maturity - leads to issues like that.

wait a while. wait until you're living on your own and can openly admit that you like to pleasure yourself

You shouldn't feel ashamed. It's not a sin or anything and it's a way of getting to know your own body. If you're not comfortable touching yourself, how would you be able to touch anyone else?

Let the guilt go.

i say it's not normal. Having sexual desires is natural. As is acting out on them, and luckily we are no longer in the middle ages, where autosexuality was frowned upon.
Especially in the light of legal age being significantly higher than average age used to be back then, it's good that masturbation is so socially accepted nowadays as something natural.
So someone probably implanted doubts about this in your mind, possibly told you it's wrong or you should not do that-i can only recommend to overcome this, and start enjoying a form of sexuality that will always be there for you, whenever you feel like it, without having unjustifiable regrets about it.

I don't think it's guilt so much as it's shame, which is very common after any kind of self-pleasuring (including sex with another person). So yes, it's normal, but it's not a bad thing.
