Hey first ever post!

Here's the deal, its lent so i decided to stop eating between meals (except for fruit) starting ash wednesday.

Didn't last very long, i gave in today 3 days after.....

I ate 3 quarters of a tin of peaches half a tin of fruit c*cktail 2 bananas 2 oranges and a pile of raisins, BUT I WAS STILL STARVING.

i'm not generally a big eater, in fact i'm medically underweight but whenever i wasn't putting food into my mouth i was too hungry to even think straight. This led to me chucking the whole idea in the name of studying for exams.....

(i cannot believe that it censored fruit c o cktail)
Do you think it's normal?

It is set up to recognise the 4 letters making that word up when they are consecutive, those 4 being ccok. Anyway, if you are medically underweight, the last thing you wanna be doing is cutting food intake.
ash wednesday? haha youre a catholic? the religion that likes to diddle little boys...how special.
So what's the problem?
Fuck Lent.
Eating b/w meals really isnt such a good thing to give up. Just giv up something like chocolate
Fruit is useless in terms of feeding. (Sorry, fruit.) And that was honesty alla Simon Cowel.

Once you're really hungry, eating an apple or anything fruity-else is like adding fuel to a fire. I don't know why, really.

But it's a good idea. Go health. :D
Either you are a really fat dude or a underweight ( as you mentioned) but i dont see any problem here, eat as much as you life if your not training or getting thin.
read a study today that said that people that were obese generally ate more because they had a lower pleasure response to food than others, and ate more food to compensate for this.
Even though you are underweight (and judging by the food you ate, it sounds like you make quite an effort to keep it that way), you might be craving food a lot simply because food isn't all that satisfying to you, and you feel the urge to eat more to get that good feeling.
Sounds like you could have a hormonal problem -- either thyroid, or insulin. If you are a woman you might have PCOS.

If not, then you may be an emotional eater, read the book "Shrink Yourself"
I'm the exact same way. I'm 6'4" and 130 lbs, my BMI is somewhere in the fourteens. I'm always, always hungry, and I know no end as of yet. I did the math... currently I require 4000 calories a day to MAINTAIN my body weight, and close to 5000 to increase it. And I'm not even active! I sit and play WoW all day.
could be a form of diabetes....when your body does not make enough insulin your cells can not get the glucose it needs so it says eat more because we are starving. At the very least i would get my blood glucose and insulin checked.
ok, i think you are a disaster, maybe you have worms...
