10 years old is FAR too young to have sex. Everyone is different but I'd say wait at least another 5 or so years. Do you know about protection? What if you got pregnant (yes it can happen at that age and before you have a period!) or got a disease? How would you deal with it? You're a child. A lot of adults can't deal with the responsibilties and the mental and emotional aspects of sex, so it's basically impossible that you would be able to.
