Every once in a while, i like to take a bendyrl even though my nose isnt bothering me! I usually fall asleep after taking it, and i wake up refresed & energetic. When i cant sleep i take one. Am i addicted?

Yes; it's very possible as Benadryl does have some abuse potential although it's really not a nice drug to get hooked on. Find something else if you must take drugs.
