i seem to be getting really paranoid about really strange things, and i keep getting the feeling that someone's following me all the time, and even when there's no one there, i think there's cameras everywhere, a few days ago i got this feeling that there was someone in my house, so i hid in a cupboard for about forty five minutes, because i was so scared. i've also started to believe that there's a colony of rats under my bed that are going to come and attack me when i sleep, which is really scary. i'm pretty sure this isn't normal, but i thought i'd check anyways.
Do you think it's normal?

It's not normal and is treatable. Schedule an appointment to see your doctor. Explain to your doctor exactly what you just wrote and he will refer you to a specialist who can treat you. It sounds like you have an anxiety disorder that needs to be treated with medication. Don't procrastinate, call your doctor tomorrow and good luck!!!
Whats procrastinate mean?
As for being watched, did you know that the u.k. are the most watched nation on the planet.
Of course your being watched we all are, an sometimes they hide under my bed too. Ignore them, they're just doing their job.
procrastinate= to put off intentionally the doing of something that should be done
Yep your looney tunes
I had a buddy that turned speed-freak. He did all of the above and took his gun into the shower with him wrapped in a baggie(just in case someone tried to jump him in the bath, of course). The next step in this particular type of dementia is the sighting of little pink Christina Aguilara bugs. Get help immediately.
Maybe you had a traumatic experience. Repressed it and then proceeded to watch too much TV whilst simultaneously withdrawing from the world.
You really should talk to someone you trust or a professional about this. Its sounds bad. But lots of people have paranoia and i think its treatable.
Are you taking any medication, like for ADHD or ADD or such, Does any of your family members have or had mental illnesses. I felt the same way for a while. You might just subconsciously want to be doing this to yourself.
It can be as bad as schizophrenia, or it be curable by getting to sleep earlier. I would recommend seeing someone before things get worse.
Okkk.... Erm Speechless.
