Every Day when I take a bath are shower when I step out I get really light headed,sometimes too the point I drop to my knees.Is this normal are do I need help?

it's normal if the bath is very hot.

This has happened to me and I've blacked out and fallen on the tile. If you feel faint make sure you sit down. I'd suggest using colder water and make sure the bathroom fan is on. Also you could be dehydrated and your body reacts to it in the morning before you've had any food or water.

maybe you are getting up from the bath too fast or are tired still.

This happened to my Aunt a couple of years back. But we found out a year later that she had colon cancer. The doctor also confirmed the link between collapsing in hot environments and having a tumor.
