Im 5" 132-136 pounds. i know im defiently not skinny But would you consider me Overwight or jus a chick with a little booty?

This isnt my highest weight (144 pounds) i lost a lot weight (115 pounds my lowest weight) But i restricted to much and put most of back on.. I wanna fast so bad.. but i dont know if just to eat 500 cals a day and burn 1000 off? i wanna lose at least 10 kilo's (22 pounds) by december 25..

Im becoming seriously depressed and avoid going out because i feel like a huge whale.

Do i worry to much or do i seriously need to lose heaps of weight?

the holidays are coming. i think you picked the wrong time of year for weight loss sweetie.

I'm only 4'11,and i weigh from a range of 115-130,mostly b/c i'm borderline diabetic,and i dont give a shit so i eat what i want when i want.I do for the most part eat healthy though,and i drink alot of water.Stay away from accessive amounts of salt,because it makes you retain water,thus making you appear fat,and limit your sugar intake (like stay away from soda,and sweet tea or coffee as much as possible,a little is ok) ,and of course white bread,any kind of white flour,and i guarentee you will lose weight.As for me yea i usually drink 2 sodas a day,6 or more glasses of water,i only eat breakfast and lunch (usually very healthy,with lots of whole grain,fruit,and veggies),and then i eat a few snacks for dinner. It's a working progress,actually my mom was pretty thin,and had a large appetite,maybe it runs in the family, i dunno.

You could maybe lost a couple..but nothing more than 10 lbs, because you're fine. :) But 500 calories a day isn't enough..you should stick to 1000-1500 calories a day at the most, that's what I do. =]
below 150 lbs is fine. I'd think you were a whale if u weighed 200lbs

you're not fat, at most, you're chubby. Chillax, you have no need to put off weight (it doesn't mean to go porky at Mickey D's), you're just fine. :)

A bit chubby, yes- but not fat. I have been 135 lbs once and everyone thought I looked a tad chubby. I am 5'5, you are only 5'. If I had my same frame and were 5 inches shorter and weighted that much... I would be quite chubby. But I'm tiny. My grandma was 5'5 and only weighted 105-110 lbs all of her life. It's unnatural for me to weight more than 120 lbs. I think you have to check what kind of frame you have, too. Are you light or big boned? It can make a HUGE difference...
Just eat healthy food and excercise you will soon hit a balanced weight for your height and build, people who go on mad diets usually put the weight back on as fast as they lost it.
Well people judge themselves much worse than other people judge them. I'm 5'3 and 115 and I look at myself and think I'm disgusting but nobody else thinks that. Try looking in the mirror and pretending you're a different person looking at you, it kind of helps. Other people don't think you're as gross as you think you are. And if you're concerned about it, because that is unhealthy, start eating better and limit yourself to 2000 calories a day. And exercise is KEY. Get rid of more calories per day than you intake. Exercise makes you feel great too. More confident and happier and in a better mood in general. Good luck to you!
115-130 would be a really nice weight and it would save your body on health issues down the line, especially joint pain. The thing is that fat is a LOT less dense than muscle- five or so pounds of fat is about double the size of five or so pounds of muscle- or more.
It's nothing to feel bad about. You may not be as skinny as all your friends, but that doesn't mean you should torment yourself. Everybody has a different build, some people are inclined to weigh more, that doesn't mean they're unattractive or unhealthy.
Stop focusing on it. Aiming to lose weight is fine, but don't fixate on it and let it get in the way of your social life. I weigh 140 and I'm 5'5.

Go on a *low-carbohydrate* diet. Stay away from the low-calorie diets--they don't work in the long term.
Dude its cool, im the exact same way. Im obsessed with my weight im always dieting and excercising. but then again i lovvvvee food. I dont think your fat, just accept ur body.

if ur a femme still running wouldnt do u any bad :P 1.5 miles a day would keep u in nice shape without getting tooo muscley ;)
