Im 5" 132-136 pounds. i know im defiently not skinny But would you consider me Overwight or jus a chick with a little booty?
This isnt my highest weight (144 pounds) i lost a lot weight (115 pounds my lowest weight) But i restricted to much and put most of back on.. I wanna fast so bad.. but i dont know if just to eat 500 cals a day and burn 1000 off? i wanna lose at least 10 kilo's (22 pounds) by december 25..
Im becoming seriously depressed and avoid going out because i feel like a huge whale.
Do i worry to much or do i seriously need to lose heaps of weight?
Is this normal?
My opinion -- and this is NOT based on what you probably should be hearing from a doctor and/or nutritionist -- is that 105 to 110 pounds would probably be about right for a woman under 30 with a medium frame.
Having said that, you are far from being a "huge whale". I'd strongly recommend that you not go on a diet that restricts you to 500 calories a day. These diets can work but if your overall nutritional habits aren't good when you get off the diet, you will quickly gain all of it back -- and then some.
The best diet is one that includes moderate portions of the basic food groups with limited indulgence in high-calorie snacks and junk foods, and plenty of water. You would be better off with such a diet along with an exercise plan that would help you burn off your calories. These are the diet plans that no one likes to follow because they involve a life-time commitment and there are no magic ingredients -- just common sense and moderation.
