I want to know if it is normal for that i have a huge pet peeve for when i make a deal or a promise i hold to it and make it happen and get really angry or pissed of when someone dosnt keep their promise or deal expecially deals when i keep my end up and they drop their end that bugs the crap out of me!!!!!!!!! is this normal for others to?

IN NO WAY IS IT NORMAL TO WANT SOMEONE TO KEEP THEIR WORD. WHAT MADE YOU THINK THAT THIS MAY POSSIBLY BE A BASIC HUMAN TRAIT.

Keeping promises is generally seen as a positive trait, as is correct use of punctuation.
