have any of you guys been put through an apprentice initiation ceromony what did they do to you were you stripped greased or worse the guys at work say they are going to do me but they wont say what i think they might parade me naked round the factory what sort of thing do you think will happen im dead scared they said its been done to other lads now its my turn should i leave jobs are hard to come by or should i let them do what they like and take it like a man i cant fight them off there are too many of them

I'm not sure, but I've heard punctuation helps. Capitalization is usually pretty good too.

Alot of place threaten really bad initiation, often the bark is worse than the bite.

Don't get worked up over it, nothing terribly bad will happen........ usually....

They are teasing you and it's gotten worse because they see how scared you are. I worked on an isolated drill rig when I was 21 - my first job like that. When I got there the guys tried that crap with me. I told them to get fucked. The next young guy they hired was too scared to say anything and they f**ked with him (emotionally not physically) for days. It's a male bonding ritual.
