Scientifically the big ones are better. When a man looks for a woman he is looking for a woman who will take care of his offspring well. Big breasts indicate that the mother will have a lot of milk for the children, which will make them much healthier. Of course, a man doesn't really realize that when he looks @ a woman, he just likes boobs for "some reason". Although they are not everything, some guys like small ones. I wouldn't worry about it too much, whatever you have is what you have, fake boobs are the worst of them all so don't get those if you want bigger.
