why do u accept pubic hair and no butt hair? its silly really
if u must, use a depicant cream.. like nair or something.. but avoid the opening of ur anus as it has many chemicals that could get all the way up and irritate ur inner organs.

Couldn't you just use some Veet? If you're a guy, I believe there's even Veet for Men now (cos, ya know, the 'for men' makes it masculine :p).

Put cream on, wait for so many minutes, shower it off et voila - smooth as a baby's, well, as YOUR bottom now.
