Normal to be POed. Ruthless, climbing, careerists are common. Be careful how you approach, if you do. Maybe he's unaware, or maybe he knows what he's doing, & feels entitled. Sad that the system rewards and promotes these rats. Take pride in (and document) your own accomplishments. Consider getting out when its best for you to do so. Bad bosses don't deserve good workers.

There are a lot of bad bosses. Nevertheless, it is a good idea to avoid a fight with your boss, unless you can tell that he is really vulnerable. Keep in mind that when a pitcher hits a rock, it is worse for the pitcher. The single most important factor in a job is a good relationship with your boss. If you and the boss genuinely like and respect each other you are way ahead of the game. You should try to achieve this. If you cannot, try to survive until you can get a better job, or a better boss. Keep in mind that the unemployment rate is going up. If there is anything worse than having a bad job with a bad boss it is not having a job.

Actually, it is a hard fact of life that most bosses are pure assholes and take the credit for the hard work of those under him. However, without his/her guidance and encouragment, would the same objectives be acquired' THASTS why he is the boss and you are the worker, because he can get the best out of you. Consequently, he is entitled to take the vredit for getting you to accomplish what is required of you in your position as a worker. Now stf up and get back to work!

It's normal to feel unappreciated. Maybe you should talk to him about it' Maybe he doesn't realize that he's doing anything wrong' If he doesn't acknowledge your feedback, then maybe he's not the right person to work with' Hope things work out.
