My friends told me that I have bad breath. I've tried drinking lots of water, gum, mints and mouthwash but they still tell me that my breath stinks. Is it normal and what can I do to cure it?
Try improving ur diet by eatting lots of fruits vegetables water and maybe even introducing "good" bacteria (probiotics)into ur diet to improve the good/bad bacteria balance, which could be a cause for the bad breathe. Also try taking deep breathes to get rid of "stall air" I know all of this sounds odd but it should help alot. Healthy diet and lifestyle and brushing your teeth with warm water should do the trick.
Watch your teeth twice a day for a full two minutes. Sometimes there are hard to reach places that plaque builds up so having a professional clean by a dentist will drastically improve your breath.
go see a medic. some times the problem is in your stomach. you shall check to see it is not a serious thing. that is unless you are eating non-cooked garlic or something like that
You can get a pill for that. It is a Bacteria that needs to be killed according to experts. So just follow up on my advice and ask a pharmatisiciannannan.
OK, look, if you have already tried mouthwash and gum, your friends are probably just winding you up. But just in case these accusations are true, I think whatever I want to say have already been said by previous posters: brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning and before you go to bed. And brush them properly for 2 minutes as recommended. Also, try using electric toothbrush. They're a lot better for reaching difficult places. Why not try smelling your own breath? You can also ask a dentist.
brush your tounge in the back that is a place where alot of nasty bacteria like to hide and give off a funk, scrape all that nasty mucus off your tounge.

Many people have tonsiloliths or whatever they are called... They are these small balls that get stuck in your tonsils that smell straight up like feet and butt mixed in a bowl of 2 year old eggs. You cough them up or if you can sometimes can use a water pick to take them out. I had the problem a few weeks ago thats why I even know aboutthem cause they are a pain in the ass if you have it. Gives you the worse breath ever
yeah I've met people who have had tonsilitus too and the breath is really sour.Gargaling with antiseptic mouth wash or salt water is pretty effective.Do go to a doctor and dentist, as you may have a nasty infection either in your gums or throat. Do it sooner than later, before its gets worse.
I had disgusting breath for years. I had no friends and even family keep me at a distance. I was flossing brushing and rinsing everyday but still had bad breath. I spent thousands on all kinds of products claiming to stop bad breath but still had bad breath. I came across an eBook from badhalitosisbreath.com and it gave me my first insight into my problem. After I did all the advice in the eBook it identified Post Nasal Drip as the primary issue with eating and cleaning as the oral problem. So I was happily surprised when my brother asked the following week why my breath didn’t smell any more, I told him what I’d done he’s like thank god for that book! Now 6 months later I have my first girlfriend and worked up enough courage to tell her about what I was like just 1 year ago. She said I smelt better then any other boyfriend she’d had. Music to my ears!
First ... no gum, mints or mouthwash. Most have sugars that only make the bacteria on your tongue grow. Try using a tooth paste that has baking soda and peroxide and buying a tongue scrapper. If you're stuck in public and can't brush try getting some tea to drink. Tea is an odor killer.
