you should feel fine after about a day. you should ask yourself if there is anything else in your life that could be making you feel that way. for example, a recent lack of sleep, onset of flu or cold, not getting enough sunlight during winter hours or vitamin d, stress cause by any number or circumstances or relationships, and even an increase or decrease in physical activity can produce the same kinds of symptoms you describe.
