I am 15 almost 16 years old and getting my learners permit this year. I am afraid to wear boxers b/c i am afraid i will get an erection when i am at school or something. B/C i get them occasionally when i am just sitting down. Doin nothin. Is this normal for a boy my age to still wear underwear underneath my boxers?????????

yeah, you should get some boxer briefs or just forget your boxers and only wear the underwear. Whats the point of wearing both at the same time?

You sound like a normal boy to me, I used to be the same at your age boners would just pop up all the time even when I was not thinking about sex...come to think about it they still do...boners keep you warm on a cold day did you know that..
