Seems normal to me, my name's Jacob and I have to beat the girls off with a stick.

The only way to tell is if you find a "Jacob" with a third arm growing out of his head, one single bushy eyebrow exploding above two tiny fish eyes and breath that smells like Staten Island... and find yourself wanting him. Then, that's probably not normal. Unless he has a great personality.

i know this is really stupid, but... do you read twilight at all? if so, it could be because you're attracted to the character. if not, it is completely normal (not saying that liking an imaginary charactr is weird either), some people just work that way.
