I hate bums I hate how they tri to play it off like they are down and out when in reality they are just drunks who only want more booze. I never give them shit.

No! Chris is right. I live enar a major city here and whenever I go downtown they are always lookign like they're all down and that they make it look liek they need YOUR money to fucking survive. I almost have no sypathy fro them because they can go out and find jobs, make money and get the proper care they need (Most of them). So I never throw any change/money at the them because I know it is a scam liek Chris said so that they can use the money for booze or drugs (which is usually the case). Like I said, I have no sypathy for them at all.

I'm a fucking vetran nearly and I dont give a flying shit. They have benifits that include full medical and dental if they choose to use it but they would rather sleep in the woods and drink all day. I watched a program about this very thing, it was called "caught on tape" Heres this guy in Las Vegas Nevada Panhandling for a 8 hour day at quitting time he slips back on a side street where he parked his Range Rover and drives away.

They pulled this guy over, and he had over a thousand dollars he had panhandled in a single day, Now I would say that is some pretty damn good wages,wouldn't you?

No they watched this guy all day, and he did nothing but panhandle from vehicles. Now that is not to say that some of that money found on him, he didn't have in his possession before the fact.

Once in front of a 99 cents store, me and my girlfriend were leaving and some bum in a power wheelchair started following us, mumbling jibberish. We ignored him and he started cussing us out! My girlfriend turned around and said FUCK YOU TOO! lol
