IIN to be deathly afraid of being hit by a bus or truck but not be anywhere near afraid of being hit by a car? Meaning I'm NOT afraid to stand in front of a car and get hit (I'm not that stupid to try lol).

I don't feel the same way, but I'm not sure what could provoke the fear. Maybe it's just because you know that in a car a person could see you and hit the brakes, and if it did hit you, you probably won't die unless it was flying at you. Buses and trucks, on the other hand, are built so high you will most likely die on impact unless it was just a little tap (not likely) and the driver would probably not see you anyhow. This really doesn't seem normal to me though...
