Well to start off. I went to the gym today I did a breathing exercises before I got on the tredmill like I always do I started as a 2.0 than worked my way to 8.0 I was running at a good speed.

I don't know why but I started to do the Breathing exercises again while running That when I felt a burst of energy What I first notice is the T.V's that are on the wall seemed to be in slow motion I thought nothing of it until I looked at this lady on the tredmill next to me running in slow motion and the cars outside was driving by slow It scared me enough to throw me off the machine.

When I got up every thing was normal the lady asked if I was ok I said yea besides the rug burn in my left side.Later at home I tryed the Double breathing exercises again this time It Worked!My Heart started to race Every one out side was in slow-mo even the flys around there were visibliy slow flying.

I don't know what happen after that I must of passed out because of exhaustion. Now my chest hurts and a hangover like head ache
Do you think it's normal?

Ye - theres a few explenations for this - no your not slowing down time as only you can see it.

if you are exhausted then your most likely just feeling faint.
whilst you may not necessarily feel faint - your body may be weak from the work.
so as you feel faint everything appears to go slowly. the same happens if you have an anesthetic to go to sleep. everything seems to slow down before u pass out.

its normal dude. dont worry about it.
That's so strange it sounds like you've got super-human abilities. Slowing down time would be very useful so practice it :D
It sounds like you've acquired that certain point of calm that breathing exercises in my martial art try to teach.

The object is to be so completely calm and focused, you kind of have an "out-of-body" experience.

Three years black belt and I still haven't reached that point. -.-;
Does it feel like that?
If so, awesome! Just remember to continue breathing when you're in that state.

If not...I have no idea actually. Maybe you're enlightened or something.
