can't get a girlfriend

I'm an ok looking guy im 23yrs old, 6 feet tall, broad shoulders,short brown messy hair and yet i can't get a girlfriend ive only had 3 girlfriends in my whole life,every time i ask a girl out i hear a diffrent excuse every time,ive asked out over 30 girls all shapes and sizes last year and i got rejected by all of them, i must have a crap personality or something ,is this normal feeling like this.
Do you think it's normal?

Have you done a self-assessment? Maybe it's something about your looks or personality that girls don't like. Try asking friends what they think of you, and would they go out with you. Ask them why? or why not? Most people will probably lie to you, but you'll find some of those honest ones that will tell you and won't give a crap. Something has to change if you asked THAT MANY girls out. Or maybe you just go for girls that are out of your league? Maybe you're a 3 and they're a 9? LOL I don't know...

You just sound very shy, thats all and maybe you get embarrassed talking to them and then say the wrong words. Many people are like that. Just try not to rush it, take your time and when the time is right and you feel ready, it will happen naturally, dont worry about the others, just enjoy yourself and be patient

Good question, because we all know what your personality is like, considering our extended and vast relationship with you. Still, I will give you some advice.
1-Analyse a chick and see if you like her and she likes you
2-Talk to her, how differs depending on the circumstance, location and her deminer. (Some girls like it when you make fun of them, pff i dunno, women, others demand respect)
3-Once you have got to know her a little give a few hints
4-No chemistry, move on
