I'm talking about pills here. I absolutely cannot swallow any type of medicine or anything in a pill form. I've tried every trick in the book to swallow pills. I am a runner and sometimes when im injured i have really sharp pains in my legs and one of my fellow runners gives me an aspirin or something and i take it and try to swallow it with water but after a few tries i just end up spitting it out. Ive seen people take like 3 pills with NO water!! And i know the older you get the more pills you have to take to stay healthy because i see old people have a bunch of pills, im not going to be able to take them. Is it normal to not be able to swallow pills even small ones?
Lots and lots of people share your problem, which is good news.
Google "can't swallow pills" and you will get a couple hundred thousand hits. Have you tried a few hundred of them yet?
