I get really annoyed with people who decide that by typing in all capital letters they will get their point across more so than they would in regular capitialization. Anyone else out there feel the same way? Yes? No?

I believe short phrases are okay, but longer things shouldn't be in all capital letters. If your point is longer than two sentences, it isn't really a synopsis of your point. Part of the problem is that we only pick up as little as 7% of what we read according to some studies.

I get mildly annoyed too but mostly I just skip what they've written because it is such a pain to read all caps.
Same goes for overdoing the texting abbreviations and not punctuating or if I can't see the text for all the **s.
I think it is a matter of courtesy to try and type correctly ( and I certainly don't expect perfect spelling not least because like me, they're plenty of non-native speakers out there) - if you want people to read what you've written, write it legibly.

i dont like it either, even when theyr saying something nice in caps i feel like its coming across as kind of threatening. Like...I FRIGGIN LOVE CHICKEN!

But no point getting angry over it, you feel a lot better when you picture them at work, flipping fries and sucking dick.

who gives a fuck, why the fuck would capitalization bother you? they're all a bunch of letters in the end, no different than lower case. a bunch of white ppl just decided certain symbols would be capital but they're all just fucking symbols

I agree. It's ok when it's just a short phrase, only a few words long maximum, but other than that I find it makes it more difficult to read, as well as being poor manners. It's considered yelling when it's written all in caps.
