HAHA!! I've seen cartoon characters and said "WOW! If they were real they'd be hot!" Like Esmerelda from that Notre Dame movie for Disney. But thats about it... I've never looked at one and thought of them as being an actual person to date.

So that may not be tooo normal.

I'm 25 and still technically not grown out of it. thought it's not as extreem as around 5 years ago

That show is addicting and once you get more intwine with the troubled and playful characters, you feel like you want to be a part of them. I remember in the past i had a huge crush on Zuko from avatar, only with his long hair though. See, it is absoulutely normal. The only reason we may like animated characters is because it seems as if they dont have any flaws like humans do. And thats sexy!

it is normal. just remember that, thats exactly what the animaters or the producers want you to do. admire, love, fantasize about the characters so that you can fall under the spell of t.v and its horrible traps. just remeber that reality is way more important that fiction and fantization. depending on the way you think, you can pretty much have a crush on anything if you think about it. vampires, where wolfes, faryies,dragonsall of there dont exist but people think it would be cool if they did. it is perfectly normal.

man let me just say that theres nothing wrong with that as long as you know that you cant actuelly date them but you can let your mind do what ever it wants i see know problem with having a crush like u have :)

I'm old enough to remember all the fuss made over Jessica Rabbit in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Guys drooled over her, and Katara Avatar seems to be of a similar vein. So yeah, I'd say it's normal.

Some people, known as Furries, are attracted to animal cartoon characters like Sonic the Hedgehog or Bugs Bunny and the like, and I even consider that normal -- so if you have a crush on a human cartoon character, that's definitely not something to worry about.

I don't think it's normal, but that's happening to me too! I get crushes on the weirdest characters like a lot of villans, and squidward from spongebob, and timmy turner from fairly odd parents. Hmm...

I have to say, anime characters can seem to be attractive, seeing as they are based on humans, you know. And, they were written to have personalities, so, yeah. That's fine and dandy. But, it bothers me because my girlfriend used to like yaoi. Don't get me wrong, if you want to be gay, bi, lesbian, or whatever else, go ahead. I don't care. It would just make me jealous if two gay anime characters caught her attention more than I did.

I think its normal because ever since kindom hearts the game came out,i've always liked the character Sora.I thought he was pretty damn SEXAY!!i still do and if he was real,he'd be mine and damn,i'd fuck him xD

Yes and no because a lot of people have crushes on fictional characters but the actors who play them are real which isnt the case with cartoons
