Weather, especially sunlight and temperature, or lack of it affects me significantly. My mood and energy seem to depend upon sunlight and temperature. If it is warm and sunny then I am in high spirits full of energy.
Does it affect you too to such extent?
Do you think it's normal?

This condition has recently become recognized as S.A.D. (seasonal affective disorder), so you're not alone.
Google it. There's lots of info on the web.
Yep, I'm a lot like that. If it's warm and a little breezy outside, I'm in the highest of spirits. If it's freezing and snowing, I put on my unhappy face. You're not alone.
I'm the opposite.

The weather has no affect on me unless the snow prevents me from going anywhere or it rains on my picnic.

Maybe it is something chemical. If you NEED sunlight, try a tanning bed.
Of course this is normal!
Why do you think Seattle has the highest suicide rate? (Rain! Rain! Rain! That's why!)
