I don't know about that, but I know that orthodox Jews (the Jews that follow their religion hard-core) get it done at 16, and all Jews at least used to. Im uncircumcised now but i think i agree with dukepost. A cut dick looks a hell of alot cleaner than an uncut one. (though i have to say uncut looks stronger and bigger). But there have been times where i coudnt even pull my foreskin back because there was so much smegma underneath it and it hurt like a bitch.
