I drink about 7 cans of coke a day I dont know why but its so addicting. Is this a problem if it is how do i stop?.

It can be addicting stop it now. Saw a report on tv recently about a man who drinks 60 glasses a day and it is killing him. Stop it now or you will die

i'd try something else, maybe along the lines of water. This is not good for you. It will make you fat later in life

Coke is really really bad for your teeth, health and weight. Try drinking some fresh fruit juice or milk or water (you can get nice flavoured waters) or squash... they are much healthier.

this is a story from november but i will comment anyways. assuming this person is still on this site.
I say replace that drink with a healthier drink that you like. (best is water :])
maybe a juice that is low in sugar.

#1. dont eat mentos after soda!
#2. go cold turkey.
#3. get diet coce or what ever and make sure ist sugar/caffine free

it is addictive but im not a big coke drinker anyway. but first of all try cutting down to 3 cans of coke a day

Haha, I was gonna make a post exactily like this... I do the same thing pretty much. My house goes through a case (12) of coke a day and everyone else (my mom, dad, sister) has about 1, maybe 2 each, and I drink the rest :/

It's expensive, but hard to stop. Caffeine's a b**ch.
